You can also choose to supply personal information so that we are aware of any particular help we might be able to provide you with to enable you to attend training (mobility/access needs information for example). ( If you do not wish to add this information to the system you can always contact us for any specific event to tell us what we might be able to do to assist you to access the training). All of this personal information is available at all times when you log in - in your own personal profile area ‘My CPD Online’ where you can download a copy or -amend the information yourself. If you have any difficulties with amending- this you can email the relevant contact team as listed at the end of this privacy notice. When you apply for and or attend training, a record of this is held on the site in your ‘My CPD Online’ area. You and your CPD leader/line manager can view this at any time by logging in.

There is a subject area list in your ‘My CPD Online’ area where you can tick subjects of interest to you. When you tick any of these, the system will automatically generate email alerts to you on a regular basis alerting you to new events which have been published on the site which you may be interested in attending. To disable these alerts you can untick any choices you have previously made. If you need help with any of the above you can email your relevant channel support team - details are at the end of this privacy notice. We do not tick these boxes on your behalf.

You may also receive emails with links to online forms where you are asked to provide some information eg about pre-requisites for attending a course, or your feedback about events you have attended.
